Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/No show policy: Please do not email for cancellations. Please call directly. Thank you By booking you authorize this business to charge your credit card. As a courtesy please give us 24 hour notice if you must cancel an appointment. A 100% charge of the scheduled service will be given for "no shows" and appointments canceled with less then 24 hours notice. MICROBLADING APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED SERVICE AND 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice must be texted to salon at 805-302-9911. (NO EMAIL PLEASE FOR CANCELLATIONS) If you are sick, taking care of anyone sick or someone in your household is quarantining, please reschedule for a later date.
